Sleep experts agree that the ideal room temperature for deep sleep is around 65 degrees Fahrenheit or 18.5 degrees Celsius. So in the summer months you should opt for 2.5 to 7.5 tog duvet, and in the autumn a tog value of 10.5 is generally considered ideal. But in order to ensure quality sleep throughout the winter months - not to mention saving on central heating costs - you really need a 13.5 to 15.0 tog value duvet.
